Dear Gamers,
The long wait has finally come to an end!! After months of reworking and tweaking the game, we have unveiled ELAN Online Ver. 2. Note that extensive modification had been done to game, hence version 2 is a fresh installation that will overwrite your existing game folder.
For existing gamers, please go to the "Download" option to download your game. For now, please select the "Client Download" to download the full game. For new players, please register an account with us on our home page and proceed to download the game in the download option. New registrated account will be given a free character to level with no trial period. If you would like to open up the other character slots in your account, please proceed to purchase your activation code. We are also in the process of updating the website, hence you will see changes to the information over the next few days. ELAN Online is ever evolving.
You will find more things that is coming your way to make the gaming experience more exciting. We sincerely thank the gamers and supporters for their patience in the pass months and hope that you will continue to support ELAN community.

Updated Patch NotesUser Interface1) Graphical User Interface (GUI) of the game has been reworked, and updated. It should be more user friendly now.2) By placing your mouse over the minimap icons, it will display tool tips explaining what the NPC does.3) Remaining number of monsters will be displayed right below Minimap.4) If you equip Avatar Items that has Skill+1 option, the Skill Info Window will reflect that.5) Minimap now shows the location of runegates on the minimap.6) Guiding message appears to guide players on the right side of screen.?It will appear when certain conditions are met to guide players.7) Server related announcements will appear at the centre top location.8) Action key now uses the spacebar instead of the 'F' key. 23). 1st December Patch Notes

- Server downtime from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 am1) We apologise for the server going offline during the hours above. This was caused by a hardware malfunction but this has since been resolved.
- Time: 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. - Object:1) Character level cap to be fixed at 30.2) For the users who are above lvl. 30, we will be initializing their skills and level to 30, this is to address balance issues for battle system.3) IP block for better server performance. In order to maximise gameplay for Users, we will be allowing players from the following countries Only: Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines.

We are aware of an issue with players being unable to register Open Beta accounts or having difficulties connecting to the game. Please note that registration issues have been fixed and if you were previously unable to complete the registration process, you can do so now.
However at this time, we are still looking into resolving the issue where players are stuck at "Connecting ... please wait" screen. In order to help us fix this sooner, please send an email to customercare@elanonline.com.sg with the following info:
1) Which ISP are you connecting to Elan Online from? eg Starhub, Singnet, Pacific Internet etc 2) Are you on a shared or private network? eg are you playing from a home connection, school network, wireless@SG etc? 3) Is your computer connected to the internet via a wireless connection or wired connection? 4) Is your connection to the internet protected by a firewall? If so; a) what firewall program are you using? b) If you are able to turn off or lower the security setting level of your firewall program, are you able to connect to Elan Online?
